Ronny Waters

Ronny Dale Waters, 49, of Rio Rancho, passed away on June 6, 2009, at home after fighting cancer for a year.

Ron loved life, loved his family and lead a simple life and tried to stay above reproach.

Ron is survived by his wife of 16 years, Brenda Lee Waters; son, James Teller and wife Jennifer of Culpeper, Va.; daughters, Erika Grenko and husband Dwayne of Portales, N.M., and Melissa Pitts and husband Jonathan of Rio Rancho; grandchildren, Joshua Teller, Madison Pitts and Jenna Teller; his mother, Jewel Waters of Rio Rancho; and two brothers, Gary Waters and wife Tommie of Flower Mound, Texas, and Danny Waters and wife Debbie of Rio Rancho; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members and friends who love him very much.

Ron always wanted to have respect in man and never asked anyone to do anything that he wouldn’t do himself. As a Libra, he always judged on a common level and always respected until respect could not be given.

Cremation service will held at the Elks Lodge #2500 on Barbara Loop in Rio Rancho, on June 18, 2009, at 5:30 p.m. Following will be a dinner in celebration of his life.
