Rio Rancho man arrested ninth time for DWI
A Rio Rancho man was arrested for his ninth DWI last Saturday. Rio Rancho police arrested Sigifredo Duran, 49, on April 11 for driving while intoxicated after pulling him over for speeding. Duran had been arrested eight previous times for DWI. His most recent arrest was in June of 2001 in Las Vegas, Nev.
