Brittany McComb, 19, Albuquerque, was indicted by the grand jury on Oct. 9, for two counts of auto burglary, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and conspiracy to commit auto burglary.
According to the indictment, on or about Aug. 12, McComb entered two vehicles in Rio Rancho, without permission, with the intent to commit theft. She also encouraged the delinquency of a child and agreed with another person to commit auto burglary.

Rayburn Apache, 36, Albuquerque, was indicted by the grand jury on Oct. 9, for embezzlement (over $2,500).
According to the indictment, on or about Aug. 31, Apache converted to his own use, a 2005 black 4-door Toyota Camry.
Patricia Murphy, 40, Albuquerque, was indicted by the grand jury on Oct. 9, for larceny (over $2,500) and three counts of stolen property (over $5,000).
According to the indictment, on or about April 26, Murphy took jewelry and other household items belonging to a woman. He also disposed of a computer, household items and other electronics belonging to two other people.
Christopher Lesko, 33, Rio Rancho, was indicted by the grand jury on Oct. 9, for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and child abuse.
According to the indictment, on or about Oct. 4, Lesko assaulted a woman with a knife and he put a child in a situation that may have endangered the child’s life.
