“This is in response to the rant about the bad neighbor.  It truly seems that there is an epidemic of bad neighbor conduct going around.  Things that once used to make the news as headlines, now, unfortunately, are often considered normal.  I am not sure what is wrong with these terrorist neighbors from hell, but something is.  My own personal beef is with the neighbors with the nonstop barking dogs, or who let their dogs out to bark at their neighbors when they see them coming or going, or visitors doing same.  These people do not own the street or have the right to control other people like this, as they seem to think.”
