Raymond Hoogerhuis, 30, of 524 Calle De Coronado in Bernalillo, was arrested for aggravated DWI, negligent use of a deadly weapon, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and three counts of assault on a police officer at 12:30 a.m. on June 20. The incident occurred at 3001 block of Civic Center.

According to the police reports, upon officers’ arrival, Hoogerhuis had blood-shot and watery eyes and spoke with heavy slurred speech and was then advised four times to consent to a breath test after Implied Consent, but refused by action. He was then advised he would be charged with aggravated DWI.

Robert Donofrio, 22, of 321 First St. in Rio Rancho, was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and larceny on the 200 block of Pennicle Drive at 12:52 a.m. on June 20,. Elaine Kallestewa, 33, of 946 Nyasa Rd in Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI and possession of an open container at 8:35 p.m. on June 20. According to the police report, when the officer made contact with Kallestewa, she attempted to hand over her credit/debit card to the officer, while slurring words.

Cynthia Barrett, 43, of 1204 Santa Clara Road in Rio Rancho, was arrested for the unlawful use of a license at 10:01 p.m. on June 20 on the 4300 Sprint Blvd. Barrett was driving a silver 2002 Mitsubishi Galant.

Prischilla Churchman, 32, of the 300 block of Whispering Meadows Drive in Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery on household member at 1:05 p.m. on June 21.

Eugene F. Brown, 27, of Rio Rancho, was arrested on his second DWI offense, at 2:30 a.m. on June 21 at 900 Country Club Dr.

Andrea L. Adams, 39, of 3184 Renaissance Loop, was arrested for aggravated DWI at 9:02 a.m. on June 21, at Country Club and Southern boulevards.

Kevin R. Carnes, 39, of Rio Rancho, John A. Campay Jr., 38, of Los Lunas, and Jonathan D. Matthews, 31, of Rio Rancho, were arrested for child abuse-great bodily harm, aggravated battery, and false imprisonment, at 12:45 a.m. on June 21.

Kenneth Kangas, 58, of 4709 La Encina Ct., was arrested for DWI at 8:50 p.m. on June 21, on 38th and Southern.

Taylor Howard, 28, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for receiving a stolen vehicle, altering the VIN, and receiving stolen property at 1:24 a.m. on June 22.
