Burglary

Dora Davenport, 39, resident at 803 La Casa De Prasa, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 5:54 p.m. on April 13 at 901 Unser Boulevard.

Davenport was arrested for burgling Wal-Mart. DWI

Neidi Sonna, 44, resident at 716 Third Street, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 8:59 p.m. on April 15 at 901 Unser Boulevard.

Sonna was arrested for aggravated DWI. She was driving a maroon 2007 Ford SUV.

Stephen Sheetz, 51, resident at 903 Country Club Drive, was arrested at 10:47 p.m. on April 19 at the intersection of Southern Boulevard and 36th Place.

Sheetz was arrested for DWI (2nd or subsequent), unlawful use of a license and a red light violation.

Sheetz was driving a green 1993 Ford Taurus.

Larceny

Sever Casias, 19, resident at 3110 Oculus Loop, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. on April 24 at the intersection of Pepe Ortiz and Cerro de Ortega.

Casias was arrested for possessing burglary tools, larceny and consuming alcohol as a minor.

Anthony Mendez, 18, resident at 6409 Gambel Quail Road, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 1:46 p.m. on April 26 at 3441 Northern Boulevard.

Mendez was arrested for petty larceny and destroying or injuring property.

Unlawful use of license

April Martinez, 34, resident at 812 Camino de Pueblo, Bernalillo was arrested at 8:36 p.m. at the intersection of NM 528 and Sierra Blanca.

Martinez was arrested for unlawful use of a driver’s license.

She was driving a red 1988 Chrysler Passenger four-door.

Battery

Jason Maldonado, 26, resident of the 5100 block of Gaviota NW, Albuquerque, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on April 20 at the intersection of NM 528 and Peggy Road.

Maldonado was arrested for battery on a household member.

Vanessa Archibeque, 25, resident of the 6100 block of Academy Drive NE, Albuquerque, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on April 22 in the 900 block of Harrison Drive.

Archibeque was arrested for battery against a household member.

Anthony Thompson, 19, resident of the 3800 block of Rancher Loop, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. on April 23 in the 4900 block of La Nuez Court.

Thompson was arrested for battery against a household member.

Sean Burns, 22, resident of the 10200 block of Calle Maravilla Court NW, Albuquerque, was arrested at 3:46 p.m. on April 26 at the intersection of Lariat Road and Nicklaus Drive.

Burns was arrested for aggravated battery.

Shoplifting

William Gallegos, 20, resident of 4308 David Court, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 2:56 p.m. on April 24 at 901 Unser Boulevard.

Gallegos was arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart.

Lupita Trujillo, 28, resident at 2297 High Desert, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 10:58 p.m. on April 27 at 901 Unser Boulevard.

Trujillo was arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart.

Christopher Garcia, 31, of the same residence was also arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart.

Marissa Garcia, 18, resident at 509 Fourth Street, Rio Rancho was arrested at 1:39 p.m. on April 22 at 901 Unser Boulevard.

Garica was arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart.
