Concealing identity

Marty Peynetsa, 26, resident at 536 Palomas Ave, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. at the intersection of Main and Unser. Peynetsa was arrested for concealing his identity.

DWI Osvaldo Mora, 28, resident at 1233 Reynosa Loop, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 1:44 a.m. on March 14 on Southern Boulevard. Mora was arrested for DWI, open container and traffic lane violation.

Andrew Kiefer, 26, resident at 237 Shannon, NW Albuquerque, was arrested at 4:06 p.m. on March 18 at the intersection of Idalia and Aurora Roads. Kiefer was arrested for DWI (2nd offense), no seatbelt and improper display of registration.

Ryan Shije, 28, resident at 1278 Zia Blvd, Zia Pueblo, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on March 19 in the 4400 block of Ridgecrest Drive. Shije was arrested for DWI, negligent use of a weapon and open container.

Derrick Chavez, 29, resident of Algodones, was arrested at 11:49 p.m. on March 19 in the 1000 block of Rio Rancho Boulevard. Chavez was arrested for aggravated DWI, unlawful use of a license and open container.

Prior Warrant

Jill Smoller, 32, resident at 3226 Hunters Meadows Circle, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 4:56 p.m. on March 11 at his residence. Smoller was arrested on a prior warrant.

Mark Smoller, 32, resident at 344 Soothing Meadows, Rio Rancho, also was arrested

Terrence Martin, 18, resident at 500 Cherish Court, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on March 13 at the intersection of NM 528 and 21st Avenue. Martin was arrested on a prior warrant.

Jason Ruiz, 31, resident at 1205 Kent Road, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 9:54 p.m. on March 13 at the intersection of Northern and Broadmoor. Ruiz was arrested on a prior warrant.

Nicholas Rodiguez, 20, resident at 1204 10th Street, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 11 p.m. on March 13 on Golf Course Road. Rodriguez was arrested on a prior warrant.

Brian Fitch, 19, resident at 5200 Duluce, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 11:06 p.m. on March 17 at the intersection of Barbara Loop and NM 528. Fitch was arrested on a prior warrant.

Eduardo Zaragosa, 34, resident at 1120 Presidio Place, SW Albuquerque, was arrested at 11:28 a.m. on March 17 at the intersection of Southern and 27th Street. Zaragosa was arrested on a prior warrant.

Daniel Bice, 25, resident at 10528 Brookline Drive, NE Albuquerque, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on March 18 at the intersection of Kokopeli and Chayote Road. Bice was arrested on a bench warrant.

Chad Brown, 20, resident at 2600 Sandia Loop, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. on March 18 at the intersection of Iris and Idalia Road. Brown was arrested on a prior warrant.

Derek Rhoades, 26, resident at 12105 Prospect, NE Albuquerque, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on March 18 at the intersection of NM 528 and US 550. Rhoades was arrested on a prior warrant.

Samanthajo Lovato, 20, resident at 200 Valencia, Albuquerque, was arrested at 4:23 p.m. on March 17 for unlawful use of a driver’s license, nor displaying registration.
