Bribery, intimidation

David Misch, 35, resident in the 6300 block of Magpie Road, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 8:15 a.m. on March 13 in the 300 block of Pearl Drive. Misch was arrested for bribery or intimidation of a witness and use of a telephone to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend.

Obstructing officer Zelda Garcia, 47, resident in the 1500 block of Penasco Road, Rio Rancho, was arrested at her residence at 9:06 p.m. on March 13. Garcia was arrested for resisting, evading or obstructing a police officer.

Aggravated battery

Erome Givens, 40, resident in the 1870 block of Sierra Norte Loop, Rio Rancho, was arrested at his residence at 10:30 p.m. on March 14. Givens was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member.

Possession of marijuana

Taylor Olson, 18, resident at 3512 Georgia, Albuquerque, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. on March 14 at the intersection of Enchanted Hills and Santa Fe Hills. Olson was arrested for possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

License infractions

Nathan Sam, 24, resident at 89 Spring Road, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 9:17 p.m. on March 17 at the intersection of Southern Boulevard and Country Club Road. Sam was arrested for unlawful use of a license, failing to display current and valid registration and mandatory financial responsibility. In the car with Desere Vale, resident at 308 Geraldine Road, Rio Rancho, was also arrested.

Stolen vehicle possession

Courtney Hill, 27, resident at 712 San Juan De Rio, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 2:42 p.m. on March 15 at the intersection of NM 528 and Ridgecrest Drive. Hill was arrested for receiving/possessing a stolen vehicle.

Aggravated DWI

Ruben Duran, 44, resident at 7515 Via Sereno Road, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 10:44 p.m. on March 15 at the intersection of 19th Avenue and Unser Boulevard. Duran was arrested for aggravated DWI and driving on a divided street.

Assault on police officer

Christopher Guardino, resident at 3457 Hunter Meadows Circle, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 1:01 p.m. on March 16 at the intersection of 19th Avenue and 10th Street. Guardino was arrested for assault on a police officer, careless driving and unlawful use of a license.

Revoked license

Christopher Torres, 21, resident at 847 Chuckwagon, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 4:52 p.m. on March 13 at the intersection of Zaragoza and Western Hills. Torres was arrested for driving with a revoked license.

Probation violation

Scott Ferguson, 37, resident at 3487 Hunters Meadows Circle, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 10:42 p.m. on March 14 in the 1300 block of Golf Course Road. Ferguson was arrested for a probation violation.

Yefri Solano, 20, resident at 1520 Briarwood, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 9 a.m. on March 14 for contempt.

Disturbing of the peace

Yvonne Trujillo, 38, resident at 4809 West Lea, Albuquerque, was arrested at 1:53 a.m. on March 15 in the 900 block of Unser Boulevard. Trujillo was arrested for disturbing the peace.

Samuel Vargas, 20, resident at 10009 Del Rey Road, Albuquerque, was arrested at 9:57 p.m. on March 15 in the 7000 block of Zenith Court. Vargas was arrested for driving with a suspended/revoked license and having no auto insurance.

Clyde Perea, 35, resident at 618 Baltic Avenue, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. on Mach 16 in the 800 block of Baltic. Perea was arrested for unlawful use of a driver’s license.

Saul Acosta, 35, resident at 673 Sunny Meadows, Rio Rancho, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. on March 16 at the intersection of Unser and Wexford. Acosta was arrested for aggravated DWI.

Robert Vigil, 42, 313 Calle Cornelio, Taos, was arrested at 3:03 p.m. on March 6 at the intersection of NM 528 and NM 448. Vigil was arrested for aggravated DWI, revoked license and careless driving.

Wayne Chavez, 25, resident of Cuba, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on March 12 in the 1000 block of Montoya Road. Chavez was arrested on a prior warrant.
