Parrish Denison, 36, resident at 116 County Road 5010, Bloomfield, was indicted on March 13 on charges of receiving stolen property, which is a third degree felony (three year minimal sentence and a fine not to exceed $5,000), aggravated fleeing a law enforcement officer, which is a fourth degree felony (18 month minimal sentence and a fine not to exceed $5,000) and driving while license is suspended or revoked, which is a misdemeanor (364 days minimal sentence and a fine not to exceed $1,000).
Parish was arrested on Jan. 8 after keeping a Silver Mistubishi Diamante, which had been stolen, knowing or believing that it had been stolen, and the property had a market value exceeding $2,500.

Conspiracy (to commit residential burglary)
Manuel Chavez, 27, resident of Deming, was indicted on March 13 on a charge of conspiracy (to commit residential burglary), which is a fourth degree felony (18 months minimal sentence and a fine not to exceed $5,000).
According to the indictment, on or about Nov. 22, 2006 in Sandoval County, Chavez and another person, by words or acts agreed together to commit burglary and they intended to commit burglary.
Aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs (refusal), driving while license suspended or revoked
Raymond Chavez, 46, resident of Sena, was indicted on March 13 on charges of Aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs (refusal), which is a fourth degree felony (18 months minimal sentence and a fine not to exceed $5,000) and driving while license suspended or revoked, which is a misdemeanor (364 days minimal sentence and a fine not to exceed $1,000).
On or about Feb. 1, Chavez operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug to a degree that he was incapable of safely driving a vehicle and refused to submit to chemical testing as provided in the Implied Consent Act. Chavez also drove a vehicle on a public highway at a time when his privilege to do so was revoked or suspended.
Residential burglary, larceny (over $250), larceny (under $250)
Lorenzo Trujillo, 18, resident at 8008 Rancho Dorado, Albuquerque, was indicted on March 13 on two charges of residential burglary, which is a third degree felony (three years minimal imprisonment and a fine not to exceed $5,000), larceny (over $250), which is a misdemeanor (364 days minimal sentence and a fine not to exceed $1,000) and larceny (under $250), which is a petty misdemeanor (six months of basic imprisonment and a fine not to exceed $500.)
According to the indictment, Trujillo entered a home located in the 1300 block of Vega Road in Sandoval County on Jan. 22 and Jan. 31 without authorization or permission with intent to commit a felony, or theft when he got inside. On Jan. 22, Trujillo took electronics, household items and money, which had a market value exceeding $250, belonging to the victim and intended to permanently deprive the owner of it.
On Jan. 31, Trujillo took money, which had a market value of less than $250, belonging to the victim and intended to permanently deprive the owner of it.
