Dominguez signs to play at Newman U

Senior Brenna Dominquez of Rio Rancho High School has received a four-year $10,000 Monsignor McNeill scholarship from Newman University. Dominquez is the daughter of Jacob and Karen Boon.

Dominquez will graduate from RRHS and will be attending Newman University in the fall of 2008. Dominquez’s major is undecided.

A student must have at least a 3.6 GPA and a score of 25 on the ACT, live on campus and complete 64 hours of community service annually to be eligible for the Monsignor McNeill scholarship.
